I tried to input a percentage code off and it denied it and then processed my payment at full price without giving me the option to authorize payment, so when I called to seek for cancellation and reimbursement minutes within this happened, I was told there's nothing they can do and they would give me a gift card I can only be used at their company. When should be held accountable to having money taken out of their account when there was a glitch in the system, there should be flexibility for cases like this this is unacceptable
