“Worst response from the trip factory guys”

Hi I have booked a bangkok trip with trip factory, Due to recent Covid-19 situation the flighs are canceeled, I got update from only one airlines, I wrote several mails to trip factory mailer, No one responded till now Pissed of with their pathetic behaviour

Never ever book a trip from tripfactory, they all are liars and won't help once you book a trip...
