KB builds homes by hiring unqualified contractors who do all kinds of patch work. You don't find the crap when we see outside. When we had to check water leakage under kitchen sink, there were wooden-wedges inserted between granite counter-top & the cabinet walls. So, the workers could not measure correctly that granite can sit on. TO fill the gap, they put wedges. Same thing air-vents. You don't get air-filters anywhere.Home depot or Ace or Lowes. All crap & substandard builders. I advise anyone to avoid KB homes as much as possible
