I had an order arrived damaged, opened a dispute, after not getting an answer contacted costumer support who told me it will be answered that day. I didn't get an answer that day either nor the following so I contacted them again and they said it's the weekend and the team won't be back till monday, when I asked for a link to leave a feedback they said 'please wait patiently' when I asked again they said the same thing, I sent an email to costumer support and they said that that is the correct way to reply.
