Purchased the three-year extended warranty for $500.00 for a sectional sofa. A recliner stopped working after one year and I have not been able to get it fixed by HCC. It's been well over a year since I first contacted them for repair. You can only reach the service center through email as the main (and only number) is for sales calls only. I have sent many emails requesting service and repair, but HCC has not contacted me about the problem in over a year. The person who answers the phone is rude and dismissive to customers and obviously does not care about any issues you may have with the products they sell.
