I ordered 2 books at a total cost of $28.39 and received an email advising one of the books cannot be shipped. I tried to cancel the order online, but that is not possible. I called the book outlet and said I should have been notified BEFORE the order was sent that not all the books were available because I didn't want to pay $21.05 for one book. I was told they could not help me, and could not put me through to anyone who could. In future, I will order 3-4 books so if one isn't available, it is still worth the savings ordering from the book outlet. And ask - why not inform customers of short orders so they have the opportunity to cancel? And not end up paying over $20.00 for one book.
