This guy told me to use my brain and common sense when I called him to decline the service.
He gave me a wrong quote as he did not explain important service details and actual prices of the cleaning company whose workers were already in my house to do the job. He also said I had to pay $29 of penalty for declining service since it was unfair to the workers who drove all the way to my house. Funny enough, the owner of the cleaning company who was right there next to me laughed and said the $29 would not go to them and explained to me that All Green was just a referral website doing a lousy job.
The owner of the cleaning company was very nice and professional and decided to do the cleaning service for the price the referral website had given me.
Tip for consumers:
Nothing wrong with referral websites, except, at All Green, you get incomplete quotes and knowing in advance that you might decline the service later, try to collect from you $29 of penalty.
