I rate this company with a very poor rating since it has been six months since I sent a mattress for my mother who has both legs amputated and it has not yet arrived. I understand the limitations due to the pandemic in Cuba, but they told me that the mattress had been in Cuba since last October, and everything is a lie, because I never get to Santa Clara. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I've gotten tired of calling them and they always make up anything for me.
