I spent time and effort opening an account for a client. Had to badger her to sign forms and check her credit card to verify identity. She's a busy lady. Finally account is opened and I have two letters sent: from the IRS and from Delaware Dept of State. They arrive. I finally change the email to hers and give her the account so she can do have her letters sent to her. But then, I notice that the email is saved with spaces. I write to them about fixing those spaces and they write back. "Your account has been closed" no warning. I ask them wtf and they say I never sent the documents. What?! I had already been receiving mail. Of course I sent the docs. Her name was on the account. I have the emails to prove it! What did they do as a result? Did they ask if I wanted my mail forwarded to me? No! They sent the mail back to the IRS and Delaware. How unprofessional can you possibly be? A waste of time and effort. Be careful, they can screw with you very easily. Esp if you have a glitch on their system. Incompetent!
This review is full of inaccurate information, first of all no account is ever closed without a notice, we don't close accounts for just changing an email address.
