I purchase an item listed as 'excellent' from Kogan, with the option of return on change of mind with in 14 days. The item is far from excellent, have features not working. On my attempt to return, they never respond to my email, and had no other option of contact.
Recommend not to get anywhere close to Kogan... Anything by the name of Kogan.
