You will note a previous review that I have written on this company. After a week of over/back - where they NEVER returned a phone call. They finally accepted my order at the correct price and took full payment from my credit card. Now 5 days later they advise that they cannot deliver my order as they can only do it to the statement address on the credit card. I have just moved into a new house and do not have any utilities or statements in my own name yet.
Notwithstanding this, it takes them 5 days to advise me that this is their policy?! If its their policy, why did they not know about it?!
Also, when taking payment initially there was an error, they had to refund my amount and take it again. This process cost ME over €11. They now intend refunding again, so another €11-15. Costing me almost €25 to NOT do business with this company? To say nothing of the amount of time and money on phone calls that I have spent trying to order an £1050 bed and mattress.
When they accepted my order they asked that I change my review on here. I said I would when I got the bed. Having called them today 'Zolf' said to me ' Get yourself a life, we're sick of you. We will not be delivering a bed to you, and we will not be refunding any costs of the transactions'. I have a receipt from them on acceptance of the order and full payment.
Zolf says that my reviews are untrue. I am happy to furnish anyone with all/any of our communications if it helps you in your decision on doing business with this company.
