I purchased an LED grow light advertised with a 3 year warranty, asked the seller if it was a good quality & was assured it was. Within 5 months 3 rows of the lights weren't working. I contacted the seller & after some suggestions on how to check connections, plus having it repaired in my area, no solution. Also suggested I return it & would send a new one, but with our postal rates being so high, wasn't too keen on that, so asked if I could get a partial refund. Since then no more communication received so I complained to their customer service. All they suggested was to keep trying to communicate with the seller. I don't see any good outcome to this, so will never buy from them again!

We are sorry for the experience you had with your previous order. Since the order has been closed, communicating with the seller is the best way for this to be sorted out. Please send a message to the seller to have them send a message stating, "I agree to give you a refund of $****". Once they have sent this, send us a screenshot of their agreement. That way, we can facilitate the refund. This is another way for you to be refunded with out a dispute.
If they do not respond to you within 24-48 working hours, please let us know so that we can coordinate with our Seller team and have them call the seller directly to urge them to respond to you and cooperate with you.
