I bought a router on their website with 2 day delivery. 48 hours later I called them because my did was listed as pending. I was told by a customer service rep., Russell, after he verified all of my info. Again the order would ship that day. 10 minutes later I received a telephone call from a supervisor, Bassard, re-verifying my person info again. My billing and shipping addresses are the same. The supervisor also promised the order would be sent out the same day! Another 5 minutes later I received an e-mail my order was cancelled and I should replace it. I called back, spoke to Bassard again and he stated another department cancelled the order after he approved it, because my address in their system came up with a different name. STAY AWAY! HOW do these people stay in business!? OMG!
