I placed my Zody (by Haworth) for $299 in the middle of Pandemic. I received an email confirmation about the shipment delay about 14 days due to Covid-19 quarantine. I have received a shipped confirmation notice in 10 days and ground shipment arrived in a nice package. It was great price for Zody chair which I use in office for 5 years.
I noticed back support was not straight and it was not supporting forward tilt. I sent an email regarding the issue then the have asked to send pictures. Customer server has given two options whether the replacement or refund. Customer service was genuinely handled the concern.
