After verifying my identification and already using the service, I log on and it asks me to reidentify. I reidentify. Then they sends me a text to reidentify my number. After this my account for unemployment has been suspended. I contacted them over 5 DAYS with an email stating they would expedite my case. They send me to an automated chat that tells me to submit a request online. I do this and get over 5 tickets. No one has contacted me. I am still locked out of my account.
