Would give it 0 stars if this was an option. I personally would never contemplate ever ordering from this company. Such a poor experience. They are quick at responding to negative comments than they are at resolving any concerns over delayed/cancelled orders. Citing Paypal was the issue is just lame. Perhaps there was (or did paypal have a problem with the company) but I asked myself if i was the owner of a company and could not fulfill orders i should make contact with each individual customer advise of the delay, give them options as to what can or cant be done, perhaps apologise? The truth i found was just to be told after a number of weeks of non delivery you need to raise dispute via paypal. Again the payment was not done through PayPal. Got blocked via their i social media for amicably asking about the order. Any customer I think should consider why there is no option to leave public reviews on their site or social media while other companies do?
