On 12/9/21, placed two orders. Received one item in the first order. BCBG stated the second item was shipped with the first item. Not True. Further investigation determined that the second item was no longer available. Instead of BCBG giving notice that the item was no longer available and failed to issued a full refund until threat of complaint with various complaint boards would be filed.
The second order was never shipped although BCBG stated it had been shipped. Fedx verified that BCBG only pulled a tracking number and referred me back to BCBG. I spoke with an alleged BCBG supervisor who refused to issue a refund and instead stated to give it another week. Eventually, I did receive the item and design and quality was as expected, beautiful.
Subsequently, I learned from various Internet complaint sites including BBB that my complaint is standard complaint made about BCBG.
One complainant stated that she was a long-standing customer of BCBG and since the company was sold, customer service has declined drastically and merchandise ordered only to be not delivered.
Though I received the items that were still available online, would I purchase from BCBG online again, NO, and my opinion is also based on other customers' complaints posted on sitejabber and other complaint boards.
