I had ordered a cat urn and cat figurine for $49.98 including Priority shipping from Pampered Paw Gifts. This was for my cat Lucy who was 11 ½ years old at the time. I had her cremated the next day and was shopping for a urn to put her ashes in. After placing a order with Pampered Paw Gifts, I thought my problems were over with Lucy's demise. Now I was going to place her ashes in the urn. Little to my knowledge, this was the beginning of my problems. A week after placing the order I received no communication from Pampered Paw Gifts. I had to trace my purchase through my credit card in which the telephone number provided was not in service. I later found out that they do not have a telephone number that you can call for customer service. All they have is a website messaging. Even the charge to my credit card was through a third party. After two days and three messages I received a response. There answer was that they emailed me and it must have went into spam. My email is set up that I would have to designate the email to be spam, otherwise it goes into my inbox. Pampered Paw Gifts now states to me that the item I ordered is on back order, and when they get it in they would notify me. I complained to them that when I ordered there was no information that the item was out of stock, or on back order. When I complained about the Priority mail charge on a order they did not have in "THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER". Now my cats ashes are sitting in a box, in a shopping bag waiting for a urn that will never arrive.
