Pampered Paw Gifts

I ordered a cat cake for my cat's first birthday. It was completely melted on top and had to spend an hour just trying to make it look okay. The picture is after I did some fixing. The top part had collapsed in and the cake was so crispy on the outside I could only cut it using a stake knife. My cat had no interest in it as she could barely eat it even after soaking it in broth.

I wish I could give less than 1 STAR. I would never subject your pet(s) to anything that this company sells. They lie. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and they don't care one bit about their customers only their money. I ordered 2 trays of biscuits for the holidays on the 24th of November. As of today, I still don't have my order and you can't tell me it takes almost 30 days to send it to you. It's not a piece of furniture I ordered, it's F——ing dog biscuits. Then they tell me today that they are not responsible for the merchandise that if it's lost or missing your screwed and your money is gone. My next step is to let the Better Business Bureau about this dishonest and unlawful company. They don't deserve anything good.

Ordered a two layer cat cake for 30 bucks plus another 20 for shipping. The top layer had a huge indentation in it where the name of the cat wouldn't stay on. The name was also spelt wrong and missing a letter. This was not damaged in shipping but a quality issue. Someone in the company made this cake and figured this mishapen mispelt mess was good enough to send out after I paid 50 dollars total for it. These people lack quality and basic customer service. Never use.

I had ordered a cat urn and cat figurine for $49.98 including Priority shipping from Pampered Paw Gifts. This was for my cat Lucy who was 11 ½ years old at the time. I had her cremated the next day and was shopping for a urn to put her ashes in. After placing a order with Pampered Paw Gifts, I thought my problems were over with Lucy's demise. Now I was going to place her ashes in the urn. Little to my knowledge, this was the beginning of my problems. A week after placing the order I received no communication from Pampered Paw Gifts. I had to trace my purchase through my credit card in which the telephone number provided was not in service. I later found out that they do not have a telephone number that you can call for customer service. All they have is a website messaging. Even the charge to my credit card was through a third party. After two days and three messages I received a response. There answer was that they emailed me and it must have went into spam. My email is set up that I would have to designate the email to be spam, otherwise it goes into my inbox. Pampered Paw Gifts now states to me that the item I ordered is on back order, and when they get it in they would notify me. I complained to them that when I ordered there was no information that the item was out of stock, or on back order. When I complained about the Priority mail charge on a order they did not have in "THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER". Now my cats ashes are sitting in a box, in a shopping bag waiting for a urn that will never arrive.

I recently purchased a cat cake for my kitten, Amelia; she just had her first birthday and we wanted to do something special for her. I had a fantastic experience with Pampered Paw Gifts! I am beyond impressed and delighted with the entire process, from start to finish. I placed the order a few weeks ago, and it was delivered within 48 hours of Amelia's birthday, which is exactly what we were hoping for. Someone also packed a small mouse toy with the cake, to our surprise. Amelia loves the toy and it was so fun to have something else to give her.

The cake is GORGEOUS and it smells good enough that even my husband made a comment about how he wanted some. As soon as we unpacked it, both of our cats ran right to it. (Our other cat is named Ninja, and he's very picky about food, so we weren't sure if he would have any cake, but he LOVED it!) The cake does take a while to thaw out if you put it in the freezer, so I'd recommend you have broth on hand, just in case.

I will be telling all of my friends about what a fantastic experience this was and how happy we are with the end result. Don't hesitate to order a cake from them; they made Amelia's first birthday incredibly special. Thank you, Pampered Paw Gifts!
