I used to do most of my shopping with stop and shop. Missing deliveries, double billed, worst service. I used to also go to their stores for hard to find items not on website but now I have spend much less and go elsewhere. Such a stressful situation with this company. They are losing a lot of business from me as I can't tolerate repetitive incompetence. They don't care about their customers.

Products used:
I had to call bbb because my first order was never delivered. Instacart was almost here then went back to her home saying she had emergency. Stop and shop then placed another order the next day and recharged me. Took two weeks 50 calls to care who couldn’t care less to escalate to bbb to get money back for missing order. I used to shop 250 a week now barely 75 to 80 week.
