DO NOT believe all the 5-star reviews on Trustpilot - they are fake! Look closely into the times and all the reviews each reviewer had previously posted - they have all been made within hours/days of each other and even review the same handful of fraudulent websites/schemes that have been flagged by Trustpilot.

I wish I had looked into this company before making my purchase but unfortunately, I didn't so I'm hoping I can help others who have been scammed to take further action (see below) and/or prevent more from falling victim.

I purchased a pair after seeing an ad on Instagram on April 13 - received payment confirmation via email and checked my online banking account. After over a week, I never received confirmation that my item had been dispatched and so I started to get worried. Did further digging and on SEVERAL review sites, there are many people detailing the same experience of never receiving their item after being told story after story of production delays. And finally, when asking for a refund, they never receive it - being told lies about it being forwarded to their finance department. So, I decided to cancel my order. I received a quick response from a "Simona" through their customer service email explaining that the shoes are in production and it currently takes 2 months (which she says is outlined in their "Terms of Service"). She did offer a partial refund of 17 Euros (lol) if I wanted to continue with the order and if not, then a full refund can be processed in 14 days. I replied to say I wanted a full refund but have not heard from anyone in the "company" since despite following up numerous times. Surprise, surprise.

I did not wait for the "14 processing days" and have reported it to my bank, the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre (http://www.ptac.gov.lv/en), the European Consumer Centre (https://ecclatvia.lv/en/) and eConsumer (https://www.econsumer.gov/#crnt) who work with government agencies around the world.

I have also sent emails to all the magazines, newspapers and companies INCH2 claim have featured or endorsed them to let them know their brand/logo is possibly being used without their consent or that they have unknowingly endorsed a fraudulent scheme.

Even if this is detailed in their "Terms of Service", this kind of information about how long production takes should be VISIBLE and/or ACCESSIBLE from the item page. Especially when they claim it takes time due to it being "handcrafted" and/or due to the pandemic. There's no reason to hide those details in a link all the way at the bottom of the website unless they are trying to deceive.
