Offerpad made us an offer and pushed for us to accept. Two days later they lowered the offer $20K. Said they had not researched recent home sales in the neighborhood. They are a large company should have done their research before sending a contract. Can't imagine how much they would have asked us to pay after their inspection. Totally unprofessional, they get you excited that you have sold your home and then change!
