Booked a condo, flight for 4 and a car rental at Orlando Airport. We arrive at 3:49 and I put down we needed a car at 4:00 pm and three weeks after that booking I get notice that "my car" won't be available until 9 p.m. So chatted with Travelocity and oh there's nothing they can do…I always used Hotels.com before this and I'll go back to them.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t use Travelocity unless you don’t mind them making a car rental error leaving you at an airport for 5 hours after landing. There’s nothing they can do they say…
