Horrible service. No way to reach customer support by phone. Auto bill after never using product but cannot call to cancel. Scam of a company

Update- the reached out via email after some back and forth and refunded my money.
Products used:
Update - after a short period they did refund my renew charge.
Never used product but they charge again don’t have phone to answer for support and won’t refund. SCAM
