I reached out to customer service after the website was glitching while I was purchasing something. It wouldn't let me add my discount code. I reached out to customer service and explained the situation, and through lack or understanding what I am saying they keep sending the same response back again, and again, telling me where to add my discount code. I have tried to explain in alternative ways but they just don't understand, very frustrated and annoyed ro have not been able to use the discount I had
