I had an evo car for 34 days back to back and paided every day sometimes twice a day... then after paying 400 out of my account which was suppose to be a payment of 300 they took and extra 100... then the following morning I call evo to ask what my. Balance is as I had to transfer over 3 times to a new evo cause their cars kept breaking down on me or getting a flat tire everytime I start it! So then I call as I said. And the guy tells me there 517$ balance on my rental I said thats wrong u guys just took 400 yesterday I said do not put that through its wrong... so he tells me he's going to read comments on my file he will get back to me its Friday my bday so I relax a bit and say sure no problem... 5 mins later he comes back on the line and says. So looks like the payment went through... I said I just told u not to put that through its the wrong amount... he's says oh I'm so sorry let me see what I can do puts me in hold... manager gets on and says I understand how u feel but there ls nothing I can do as it will take 3 -5 days to show up in your account so I get really mad as that was all the money I had for the weekend and its my bday... so I tell the manger he needs to figure something out they left me broke all weekend... so manager calls me back 10 mins later and says... so I talked with my people and this is what were going to do for to you, were going to postpone your pre billing for ya till Monday. Only because they took my money and I couldn't pay then till they fixed there mistake they didn't say sorry they didn't do nothing... oh wait im wrong they ask for another 400 $ no joke
