I decided to try this service for my husband as he is always looking for nicer styled outfits to wear out to dinners here in Vegas. Based on EVERY example pack on the website, it's easy to imply that the 4 pack would contain elements to make up an outfit. Or at least a couple shirts and a couple pants to mix and match. We filled out the questionnaire and even created a pinterest board with tons of inspiration. That was obviously a waste of time because the next day when we received the email that our box was getting ready to ship, it showed that they were just sending 4 shirts (none of which were at all his style or anything like the pinterest board examples). I immediately looked for a phone number to call customer service in hopes of getting the items switched out, but there is no phone number, so of course I had to email. By the time my email was replied to, I was told it was too late to cancel or switch items because the box had already been shipped out. I informed them that it wasn't what we were expecting based on the example packs and didn't match his style and asked if I could return it immediately for a refund. They said no and that they would put notes for his next box. I have no idea why they think we would ever continue with the service when they refused to offer any kind of resolution to remedy the situation. The least they could have done is offer to send new items if we sent the first box back immediately. The only thing they said back to me when I expressed that we were unhappy with the selections was. "well we don't promise pants in every box". Sure, but every example box shows them, so it's easy to see why we'd assume we would get something similar to the example box... and fitting his style since we provided so much info. I emailed back and forth a few times, and never got a response from my last email. When the box did arrive, I immediately put the unworn items in the return bag and sent it back. This is just a poor way to do business, not actually caring at all about the satisfaction of the customer, and I would urge anyone looking to use this company to reconsider. Had they remedied the situation, they could have had a long time customer, but their absolute refusal to care at all lost us for good. I think Katie mentioned in her review that she had a similar situation, so it's clearly not just me.

Hello Ms. Shelby. I'm sorry to see that your husband was not pleased with your first experience with our service. It is true, on our site we do feature a few photos that show pants, but in our FAQ's we also cover how we are not able to guarantee bottoms in each pack. From reviewing the account, I see that we added additional notes to your husband's account about how he would like to receive pants whenever possible, and we would have been happy to add a pair in his very next pack. We are always open to feedback and suggestions and appreciated learning more about his style! From our records, I do see that a refund was issued. We will be sad to see your husband go, as we would have loved to style him with a pair of pants and some nice shirt combinations in his next pack.
