I have been an avid user of Showlion since I moved to it from LeoVegas in Jan 2020. Initially had very good experience even with manipulation observed in few games to beat the player.
But the worst experience has been whenever there is an issue related to their technical glitches, they will always punish the player rather than taking responsibility of their own website.
Multiple times their bonus codes failed to work because of tech issues. But every single time even while acknowledging the glitch, they never compensate customer for same. Hence, it's the player that always looses even if they are wrong.
So I would recommend be very cautious with them as ethics & values is not their strong suits.
PS: Their ADMIN team and Support mailid are hogwash and they never resolve anything. Further as a player, you have nowhere to go.
