As an affiliate who works with many brands I have come to the conclusion that they have no support staff at all. No one you can speak to directly and their chat box online has no answers, they will simply direct you to their email. I have been chasing payment from them for a few months now and I have yet to get any sort of feedback. They started off by trying to tell me that their site is down and that they cannot help. When I pressed the issue that I can tell it was not a bot but an actual human then they said to send an email to support. So I asked if there are no managers or staff that I can speak to and the person logged me off the chat. So I do not think that this is a well staffed or well run operation. Especially not for affiliates, I think they are here to scam us. I would not recommend. I would give them a zero if it were at all possible.

I deposited 2000 rs and played a game in casino the amount for each round of 1000rs was deducted even though it tells 100 credits =1 so i should lose 10 rs but it took 1000 rs for each round and blow my deposit in two rounds? I ask the customer care and he tells 1000rs in minimum for this game? Seriously who will be 1k for each roll in casino this is a scam site. Stay away it is filled with bugs everywhere, just check how the site renders it is crappy!

Never play on this site. I am on this site from 6 months. I have made above ******* rs deposit. First time I tried to withdrawal and they said it will take 3 day time to complete. Because today is bank holiday. Then how can you take deposits on holidays. They have no intension to pay at all. Never go on this site.

I deposited Rs 100 after creating an account. Then I played some games and won some money. I was very happy. Then the bad things started to happen. For withdrawing money, I was asked photo of PAN and Aadhaar cards (please note not bank account number). I submitted them online. Next day when I tried to open the site, there was an error message. I tried so many times but to no avail. Then I complained to their customer care. Then I got this message from them:
We checked your accounts and we found that you have created several accounts to abuse our bonus system.
As per the terms and conditions of the website we can disable accounts who indulge in any suspicious activity
And we hold the right to retain the balance of said accounts. Please note that this decision is Final and we cannot enable your account. We advice

After this no reply from them even after many emails. Really fraud.

I deposited Rs. ******* and earned Rs. *******. I simply withdrawan my winnings, it was rejected. I asked them, they said play more games and try again. Again I played and earned upto *******. The same problem I have faced and they simply replied the same: play more games and try again. Third time I played and earned. Again they told the same story. Even I didn't take any bonus. My account was successful verified. They r cheaters. 1000% scam. Pls don't play guys. Its my experience.

Hi guys I am customer of showlion from past 2months last Monday I won some amount and withdrawn it's almost week now still amount as not been credited into my account. I got a mail saying ur withdrawal is successful but not into my account, live chat is blocked for me. That I asked for withdrawal.
Sent mail to support no response, what's app msg no response, instagram msg no response. So I am feeling that this is really fruad site in terms of withdrawal. If withdrawal issue resolves surely I recommend showlion

With due respect, just want to share my experience with this. I won some money i think of withdrawling it. First they give reason it taking time you new, its your first time. I said ok. I did wait for. Then when i ask for help. They disabled my account with false reason, you have multiple account, i told them to check. Because i never used my account anywhere first here. I trusted here due to me many people also like this site.
Just to say please, dont let people moral of the people down here sir, with false reason.
Please have a look at it in priority.and come with a help.

On 13 th of this month i have keptwithdrawl of amount 5050 inr to my bank account. Still not not credit to my bank account but showing completed in site and got mail but till now not completed daily iam asking you people to do my withdrwal but you aare saying tommarrow and although 20 days was completed i didnt recive my witdrwal im trying to legally fromm today i have met an lawyer aslo but iam expecting a postive responce but you are doing it. You have already tested my paitence till if i go leaglly for sure it effect you more powerfully now all are $#*!ed and compliant has been accepted
