This Jungelraja site is fraud...They will accept only Deposits they won't make withdrawal of your winnings.
Inspire many people told I didn't believe.today it happened to me.I won ******* they blocked me and did not answer my questions.

I deposited 2000 rs and played a game in casino the amount for each round of 1000rs was deducted even though it tells 100 credits =1 so i should lose 10 rs but it took 1000 rs for each round and blow my deposit in two rounds? I ask the customer care and he tells 1000rs in minimum for this game? Seriously who will be 1k for each roll in casino this is a scam site. Stay away it is filled with bugs everywhere, just check how the site renders it is crappy!

Unethical casino: They dont reply on time. Unprofessional employees. I have lost 20 lakhs within no time. Their tie ups are all fixed. They let you win first and take all your money back. I am now on dafa casino and you get to take your money royally.
I have lost everything on this casino and look at the way they respond to customers in the below snapshot

Tip for consumers:

Hi,

I have been an avid user of Showlion since I moved to it from LeoVegas in Jan 2020. Initially had very good experience even with manipulation observed in few games to beat the player.

But the worst experience has been whenever there is an issue related to their technical glitches, they will always punish the player rather than taking responsibility of their own website.

Multiple times their bonus codes failed to work because of tech issues. But every single time even while acknowledging the glitch, they never compensate customer for same. Hence, it's the player that always looses even if they are wrong.

So I would recommend be very cautious with them as ethics & values is not their strong suits.

PS: Their ADMIN team and Support mailid are hogwash and they never resolve anything. Further as a player, you have nowhere to go.

After my too many successful withdrawal when I try to another withdraw, then their live chat executive said me that it is my first withdrawal for that's it's need a additional verification for 15-17 days, where it's almost my 6-7th withdraw. After provide all details they agree with me, but they didn't approve my withdrawals till now, and continuasly they harrased me by fake information day by day.

Users please don't use this they are totally fake. Its no use playing over there... I had made withdrawal of 9999*4 on 22nd August 2020 for this withdrawal they need verification all of a sudden and for amount of ******* change made on August 24th 2020 they don't need verification they credited while holding back my withdrawals made me lose all the money and their specific games are their friendly games so request you all ppl not go ahead with ti's.

Jungle raja very bad experience reg withdrawal. Customer support takes long time to live chat. Since last 6 days I given withdrawal request. They say it has been processed but not credited to my acc.

When it's time for deposit money into jungleraja account it's very easy and quick, but when it comes to withdrawal, they simply make false claims that they would do 4hours cash out. I have been trying this from past 5 Days once they give back my money into jungleraja account and told to put withdrawal request again, when I did, the process is still not done...

As an affiliate who works with many brands I have come to the conclusion that they have no support staff at all. No one you can speak to directly and their chat box online has no answers, they will simply direct you to their email. I have been chasing payment from them for a few months now and I have yet to get any sort of feedback. They started off by trying to tell me that their site is down and that they cannot help. When I pressed the issue that I can tell it was not a bot but an actual human then they said to send an email to support. So I asked if there are no managers or staff that I can speak to and the person logged me off the chat. So I do not think that this is a well staffed or well run operation. Especially not for affiliates, I think they are here to scam us. I would not recommend. I would give them a zero if it were at all possible.

Tip for consumers:
Do not attempt to use them unless you have direct access to someone who can assist you.

The site is offering unlimited free spin bonuses but does not give it claiming "previous bonus is active". So even though you apply the correct code while making a deposit, you dont get the bonus offered. Very disappointing... even the customer support does not help.
Even though they have a whatsapp support number, no one answers on it.

Hi guys I am customer of showlion from past 2months last Monday I won some amount and withdrawn it's almost week now still amount as not been credited into my account. I got a mail saying ur withdrawal is successful but not into my account, live chat is blocked for me. That I asked for withdrawal.
Sent mail to support no response, what's app msg no response, instagram msg no response. So I am feeling that this is really fruad site in terms of withdrawal. If withdrawal issue resolves surely I recommend showlion

Never play on this site. I am on this site from 6 months. I have made above ******* rs deposit. First time I tried to withdrawal and they said it will take 3 day time to complete. Because today is bank holiday. Then how can you take deposits on holidays. They have no intension to pay at all. Never go on this site.

I was playing a game THIMBLES in showlion, in thimbles there is one ball hiding in one of the 3 bucket and then they start moving and you just have to track the bucket with ball. Initially i was playing perfect as my cognitive skill are good. So when i decide to bet on my full wallet i lost everything. I agree losing is a part of game but i was not satisfied with that as my observation was perfect so i decided to do the same but this time i took my phone and started the video recording with slow motion with that it was easy to track the bucket. So initially i was playing with the less amount and then i again took a bet on my full wallet but this time i was recording. So in tn that bet i lost but when i checked the video in slow motion i was right about the ball it was not in that bucket with which it was started.
And swiftly i contacted the company about this fraud. They told me to send a mail to support team. And they told me that support team will contact me in 24hr but still i havent heard from the. They blocked my online chat box even not replying me on whatsapp customer care.
I dont know how can i file a complaint about them

Trust me I have used this website for long before it was good. Loose or win they used to pay or take.
But now they will only take our deposits and never pay you even if you win. They want your money only. They are not ready to pay their money if you earn while playing.

This is now just a scam site. Dont use dont play and I got to know from souorces they are going to close this website soon and thats why they dont want to take payouts seriously. Only taking peoples money using our greed as their income.

Requesting you all dont play or depsoit in this website. They will take it all they will never pay you... No payout no withdrawl is accepted. They will keep giving excuses. One day, pm to 10 am not included in 24 hours. 24 working hours, holidays, bull$#*! and all o0ther excuses.

Meanwhile you will use the money in the account to earn more and you will loose it all at once. Thats how they cash it.
