We feel so sorry about the inconvenience. May I know is the extra fee you paid customs tax? If so, I am afraid the customs tax is charged by the customhouse of your country. May I know how much the customs tax is please? Could you please send us the receipt's picture about the parcel service fee you mentioned about? We will check it with the shipping company.
