My reviews, as you'll come to know are about sites that I find have egregious administrators who steal from sites that I and many others work hard to produce and upload free-to-download content for sites like pixabay.com
www.maxpixel.net is another "scraper" site that take the vast majority of content from websites like Pixabay, Pexels and Unsplash and demand attribution in order to command notoriety from stolen resources.
Stay away from them like the plague.

Freelancer.com has milestone progress and a dispute resolution system in place to protect both job posters and freelancers alike. You can always narrow down the list of candidates for your job with robust filters and hire someone directly by clicking the "Hire Me" button on their profile if you feel they are the person for the job.
