“Horrible service especially when you ask for help”

I couldn't remember my password I asked for help they would reply but there was no link to reset my password. I tried for 2 days still nothing so I took my business elsewhere. I've been a loyal customer for the past two or three years. I've bought a new pair every 6 months or so very sad how my business wasn't important enough. So I went to Dillard's instead & they was more than happy to receive my business & it was fast delivery.

Products used:
The problem was I forgot my password & couldn’t get help to reset it
