In nov. 2010 i ordered several bird toys and a gal of camacide insect relellent from BIRDTOYS.COM. It arrived in jan. 2011 and instead of he camacide insect killer they sentt me a gal of mango cleaner i called and a Kevin said he was the owner and would be sending out a replacement and did not tell me to send back the cleaner. I waited till march and he told me his supplier was out of camacide and he had to go to a store hear him and buy it at a loss of $40 as it was a retail merchant. He then asked for extra $ to cover the shipping and i said no. He sent it to me and i recieved it in a plastic bag the usps had placed it in with a note from usps saying "item in box leaking oil". Upon opening box the gal bottle was lying on its side empty witth the cap lying next to it. I took pics of the bottle and box and note and emailed it to him and he has not answeared my emails or messages on his phone. He avoids all messages left requesting a payopal refund and as it has been over 45 days paypal will do nothing. I am made and ripped off and not much i can do but complain
