I ordered 4 toys for my little parakeet on 11/7 and after waiting a week, called the company and spoke to the owner, Kevin. He said he's look for my order and call me back. I waited a couple more days, called again and he said 1 of the items were backordered but that he's get the 3 other "in-stock" items out to me. Again, I waited a week and called again. He said he'd call me back and never did. 21 days after my order I received a box from UPS and it only contained 1 item- funny that it was the same item he said was backordered. Now Im returning the item, with delivery confirmation and disputing the charge on my AMEX. Ridiclious to go through all this for some bird toys! What a scam.
