I ordered products via SHEIN on the 10 August 2022 and requested this be delivered to my home address in Fernie, BC, Canada as has been done in the past with previous SHEIN orders. This order was received and has been with Loomis since 19 September in Cranbrook, BC, Canada. I have been in Communicateiin with DHL ( who outsourced the delivery to Loomis) and Loomis since then to get it to Fernie but they say it's outs their delivery area. Why then did SHEIN and DHL use Loomis is they aren't capable of delivering to Fernie?
