I ordered a dog house and deck gate on May 16. After finding out that the house would not be delivered until July, I decided to attempted to speak with a representative. No telephone number for customer service. I emailed and decided to cancel my order. I received an email back stating that the deck was shipped and I would get a refund for the dog house. On June 14, I received an email asking to rate the outdoor deck gate. I had not received this item. I responded by stating that the gate was never delivered. Then, I received a phone call from Chris. He said that the gate was shipped and I should have received it already. I asked him to track the gate and that had I known that the delivery would be this long I would have kept the order of the gate so both items would arrive together. After two days I decided to call Chris back (saved his number). Chris stated that the item was not shipped form the manufacturer. I requested a full refund. Why ask me to rate an item that wasn't shipped.
