I ordered a pie from Willamette Valley Pie Company for Thanksgiving for someone who may not be here next Thanksgiving. It didn't arrive until after Thanksgiving, Will never order from them again..

“Customer Service Review”

With fly by night "companies" on the rise, asking for tracking information after a purchase is not threatening. It's protecting their potential investment. I placed an order and heard nothing after that. Wrote the seller and stated that if I didn't get tracking information, I would ask Paypal to refund my money. Instead of simply giving me tracking information, they refunded me my money, stating I was being threatening.
If you can't understand that customers are entitled to information about their purchases, I feel sorry for you. Extremely poor customer service...
