With fly by night "companies" on the rise, asking for tracking information after a purchase is not threatening. It's protecting their potential investment. I placed an order and heard nothing after that. Wrote the seller and stated that if I didn't get tracking information, I would ask Paypal to refund my money. Instead of simply giving me tracking information, they refunded me my money, stating I was being threatening.
If you can't understand that customers are entitled to information about their purchases, I feel sorry for you. Extremely poor customer service...
