I ordered 200 tote bags from them on April 5th. The turn around time was 2-3 weeks. I have yet to receive them. I keep calling customer service which is located in some other part of the world. They are very professional but absolutely NO help. They can't tell me where my order is, is it in production, quality control, etc. They have no idea when I will receive it. I made multiple attempts to speak to a manager to cancel it. But they say it is not possible. I think I might have to ask the credit card company to dispute it. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! PLEASE USE SOMEONE ELSE.
