On every occasion I have had to contact dodo, I hear babies crying in the background- clearly the operators work from home. This shouldn't be an issue as the current circumstances in the world has changed the way we work which is very understandable. On every occasion I've called to speak with the customer service operators, there is people speaking in their native Philippine language, actually screaming at each other. On 2-3 occasions I called I can remember hearing baby sounds and babies crying. The sound of baby noises is so clear, it sounds like the babies are on the laps or in the arms of the operators. The dodo operators are so rude and can not wait to get you off the phone. They do not ask, if there is anything else they can help with or if you have any questions. The customer service operators are not clear in their communication, they are hard to deal with. I always prepare myself for an unpleasant service. Not to mention that I have to call back numerous times as the staff answer the phone but pretend they cannot hear you although you can hear roosters clearly in the background, buy they expect you to believe they can't hear you. My contract with did runs out on 24/02/2022. I can't wait to move to another carrier. I don't know how dodo is still in business.

Tech support is hopeless now. 1 real problem in over 20 years and they keep stuffing me around....
