Tech support is hopeless now. 1 real problem in over 20 years and they keep stuffing me around. Book nbn to check home setup, doesn't show book a second time for Wednesday only to call Tuesday, next day and say nbn can't find a fault and cancell the case.
Call to cancell they arrange another modem and nbn home visit for Monday only to call 2 days later and try to arrange another home visit further on saying no visit already booked,.asks to return a modem I received that day. I don't think I'm delivering your stock anywhere. Come collect it
