Not a good service…2 months and my order still hasn't arrived. Plus put of ten emails they respond only once with same answer always ' we have noticed the relevant department'
We apologize for the delay this time, originally it was due to a new shipping address for your order, for that postal code in Malta it was not possible to send a regular parcel with any of the courier companies, only special delivery with a cost of over 150 EUR. The parcel to the new address that you provided is showing as "delayed" on the Fedex website, but the last scan was only 2 days ago, for delivery to an island this is usually not a red flag, we will keep an eye on it, but we are sure that you will receive it soon, and even if there is an issue we will always reship a lost tracked order.
