I placed my order on 12/18/2022.
It still has not shipped and it is now 2/1/2023. I cannot get a response from anyone, everyone ignored my emails, they dont take phone calls at all...
This company is awful I never thought I could hate an eyewear company but these guys are so scummy and lie and have treated me awfully...
50 days and my order still has not shipped and they keep messing up every single part of the transaction.
They refused to cancel my order, didn't tell me about the delay, ignore requests to speak to management.
I have never been treated so poorly by a company. I encourage you to NEVER spend your money with EZCONTACTS.
They have proven to be scummy, lie, and not care about the customer at all.
Any savings you might get from EZCONTACTS is destroyed by how awful of a company they are.
All requests to speak to a manager have been ignored.
My BBB complaint is also going ignored by Olivia Miller ----
* at ezcontacts.com has ignored over 20 emails asking to speak to a manager.
Other staff are incompetent and unable to help with simple inquires.
I am taken back and amazed at how awful this experience has been.
I now think higher of comcast and at&t after having dealt with such scummy tactits and border line illegal treatment of consumers.
NEVER AGAIN will i buy from EZCONTACTS.
Please go anywhere else. Other providers online are just a little more expensive but treat you much better than this.
