I placed my order on 12/18/2022.

It still has not shipped and it is now 2/1/2023. I cannot get a response from anyone, everyone ignored my emails, they dont take phone calls at all...

This company is awful I never thought I could hate an eyewear company but these guys are so scummy and lie and have treated me awfully...

50 days and my order still has not shipped and they keep messing up every single part of the transaction.

They refused to cancel my order, didn't tell me about the delay, ignore requests to speak to management.

I have never been treated so poorly by a company. I encourage you to NEVER spend your money with EZCONTACTS.

They have proven to be scummy, lie, and not care about the customer at all.

Any savings you might get from EZCONTACTS is destroyed by how awful of a company they are.

All requests to speak to a manager have been ignored.

My BBB complaint is also going ignored by Olivia Miller ----

* at ezcontacts.com has ignored over 20 emails asking to speak to a manager.

Other staff are incompetent and unable to help with simple inquires.

I am taken back and amazed at how awful this experience has been.

I now think higher of comcast and at&t after having dealt with such scummy tactits and border line illegal treatment of consumers.

NEVER AGAIN will i buy from EZCONTACTS.

Please go anywhere else. Other providers online are just a little more expensive but treat you much better than this.

Tip for consumers:
dont use this site. the cost is attractive because it is cheaper than anywhere else but there is a reason for that. you are paying less because they do not have the resoruces to support their customers.

I'd of happily paid an extra $100 to get my glasses in the same year they were purchased.

I hate ezcontacts not because of the delay but because of how they have handled this situation. its disgusting.

still waiting for glasses to ship.

Because the glasses took so long to ship the return window has closed before they even shipped.
I asked EZCONTACTS to open the return window and now it looks like they have created a return in error so now there is even more confusion about when, if ever, I will get what I've paid for.

They misshipped the item to wrong address then refused to give me a refund and on top of that insisited that i attempt to file a claim with the carrier.

These guys are THE WORST bunch I've ever dealt with. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH. Zero customer service and rude as heck. Even started spamming my email.

Trust me here, do not do business with these crooks.

Terrible... ive filed a BBB complaint but what else can i do? Anyone? Contact me at *******@yahoo.com

Tip for consumers:
Go elsewhere -- they use economy service option and do not support the ship method at all- if you have a problem with this - you are on your own.
