If there was a option, I would like to give negative rating for their customer service. Total dissatisfaction with their customer support. Recently I placed 2 canvas prints. But for some reason I wanted to cancel my order. Their cancellation policy mentions, with 2 hours of our order, if we put a request we can cancel the order. But in reality it doesn't work like that. None of their customer support team even care to address my issue. With in one hour after I placed my order, I have put 2 request to cancel my order. No response for 2 days. 3rd day again I put one more request for cancellation. No response. On 4th day I got an email saying my order is shipped. I wonder if they really have anything called customer service. On their website, in help & support page they have 2 tabs. Live chat and email. But, there is never a live chat. It just lets you to generate your support ticket, to which you will never ever receive any response. Same goes with email. So so pissed of with their poor customer service. After 5 days, till now I haven't got any response from them. No one from their customer support team addressed my issue. I have wasted my 40$. Groupon purchase for canvas prints and the shipping they charged me for my order. Now, when I am asking for a refund no response. I wonder whom should I contact for my issue? So far I have generated more than 5 requests and sent 2 emails. Hoping some way I will get my refund. But I assume now it's just waste of my time to expect any kind of service from them. Worst customer service. They don't abide to their own policy of 2 hour cancellation. I wouldn't recommend them to any one.
