We opened a free account and used the service with a credit card. The next thing we know, the account was closed and we were locked out with no explanation. When we tried to contact customer service via e-mail, all we got in response was an auto-generated e-mail with nothing in it whatsoever that helped answer our questions. We tried signing up again and the same thing happened. I called to talk to someone today and I was told that "someone called to dispute the charges" so they closed our account for good. This is BS because it's MY credit card and NO ONE called to dispute charges. The only advice he could give is to sign up with "another service".?!?!?! Way to keep customers! Stay away from this site----don't trust them!
