1. Was told at start that the address wouldn't be thought of as a PO Box # but many places do like some of my credit card companies (etc) so they won't use the address.
2. The staff at the location that collects mail didn't fully explain everything to me at start so a bumpy start.
3. To view the mail you've received online so you can tell them what to do with it, you have to turn your head sideways as the images show sideways and not straight up- challenging

All of our addresses are real street addresses, not PO Boxes, amd can be used for business purposes. We are surprised that your some of your credit card companies did not accept your address. We will look into this further and apologize for any inconvenience.
Your mail item images should be properly rotated and easy to read. We will follow up with your mail center and correct this.
