The product is as advertised and has ALWAYS arrived on time on all my purchases. The company is located in OH and I live in WA state, on average shipping takes about 4-7 days with free shipping via USPS. On a couple of occasions, because I was very low on supply and needed to leave on vacation, I used their 2-day FedEx which cost about $13 (you will need to call customer service for this option). Their customer service is prompt and courteous (on the phone or email). The bottom line is you will get the product at the price that you see on their website delivered in a timely fashion. A company that always does what it says it is going to do is the bottom line when making purchases on the internets.
