It has been more than 3 months since I ordered a registration renewal. I have never received it. The only thing I got is a digital copy. Customer service are helpless. They have no clue how to solve this problem, they have no clue why I haven't received it. They wouldn't provide me with a tracking number so I can see they sent it to me and track it. Terrible…
