We decided to sell our Las Vegas timeshare after having owned it for 41 years. Everything went well with the transaction but the problem was that it took 8 months from start to finish. I was told originally that it would take up to 120 days but it was much longer. Is it because we reside in Canada and extra paper work may have been required? Also we had to wait for the sellers to send in their required information. But all in all we were quite satisfied with the service and we were updated on what the next step should be. Also make sure you have all the required documents
