Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced...!
I ordered a number of items from this company, had a problem with a water pump, dealt with Amanda and had a great experience, shipped the pump back and they send another immediately. Unfortunately, I had a problem with the second pump, make a long (and I mean very Long story shorter), this happened at the beginning of the summer and I am still without a water pump. Payed for a shipping label to return the pump and still have not even received that.

Unbelievable poor service. I highly recommend giving your business to someone who wants it.
