My father booked a flight to Canada to visit me for his 85th birthday, we have not seen each other for 2 1/2 years due to restrictions. He booked through Netflights.com, (big mistake!), he also booked a hotel at the holiday in express to give him time as it was an early morning flight from Glasgow to Halifax ( Canada), he arrived at the hotel, to be told there was no booking, after 2 hours it was eventually sorted out!
He had to fill out various forms including an ETA, he attempted to complete and assumed he had, upon checking in however, it was discovered that he had not completed the form correctly and was unable to board and refused entry, he had selected the incorrect drop down box and put GBP instead of GBR!, he called me to give me the bad news, I then called westjet to see if we could get him on the next flight, they were very helpful, however as my Dad had booked online via Netflights.com, Netflights.com, would have to call westjet to arrange!, I therefore called Netflights, after a 40 minute hold I was told they would try calling westjet and let us know in the next 3 days, They then sent an email saying my dad was, "a no show" and therefore forfeited the full cost of his flights, (which was supposed to be premium economy, flexible), I therefore contacted westjet again to explain the situation, westjet came through for us and had got my Dad booked on flight for Friday, he will be here for his birthday, thank you west jet, you made a difference and showed that you care!
Netflights, what a waste of time, unhelpful, uncaring, avoid.
Book with the airline, not an agent, if anything goes wrong you can talk to the airline directly, not via an uncaring third party, like Netflights.com, monkeys

I have contacted this site. To ask them to freeze all Russian account holders, there are thousands of them!, they are holding millions, we need to stop them from trading in any way shape or form outside of their "black back water", make them hurt in every way we can!, they say they are doing nothing!, not good enough!

Tell them to freeze all Russian and Belarusian accounts

I ordered and paid for a compostable toilet for our summer rental, this was transacted on the 22nd of May, it now 2nd of August and I have no update. I have looked to track the item, but still nothing and no information, I can only assume it's stuck on the Evergreen!
Very poor customer service, but quick enough to take the money!

Make sure you get a delivery date, no feedback, updates on orders!

What a waste of time, looks like water, tastes like water, works like water, probably is water!
Does not work, don't believe all the hype, I did!
I ordered 1 bottle, they instead charged me for 5 bottles and sent me them, ($200+ dollars) then two weeks after I received my bottled water, they sent an email saying the 1 bottle was now ready for shipping and if they didn't hear from me it would be charged and sent (another $70 for 1 bottle of "The Skincell Pro") all I can think is this came from a different well. I tried to cancel but was unable to, luckily my bank spotted the extra transaction and put it on hold as a suspicious activity so I was able to stop these thieves.
Don't believe the hype, it does not work.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid this site, ensure the order is correct, I ordered 1 bottle to try ( very expensive water!) they charged and sent me 5!

Received a Mavic 2 Pro from these monkeys, it had been used, the controller was all scuffed and scratched and had previously been used, contacted their customer service, they said they would look into it, have not heard back in 3 weeks.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t trust them, they sell used equipment as new
